1 ml, Insulin Syringe are of two types – U 40 & U-100 Insulin Syringes. Iin U- 40 Insulin Syringes markings on the barrel are upto 40 Units, while in U-100 markings are upto 100 Units.

While in case of 1 ml Tuberculin Syringes the markings are in upto 1 ml. The above mentioned different markings are based on medication dosage prescribed to the patient.
