He is member of various associations including Labour and Industrial Associations like PMA-ISTD. He has 42 years of HR & IR experience in manufacturing (General Engineering, Chemical, Fertilizer, Distillery and Medical Devices) and has been working with HMD for the last 32 years. His in depth knowledge of labour legislation, people management and industrial laws is an asset to the company.
